If you submit ideas, feedback, or suggestions (“Feedback”), you grant Outshine Travel a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and incorporate such Feedback in any way we deem appropriate without obligation to you.

All intellectual property rights — including trademarks, design elements, text, code, and databases — in and to our Platforms and Services are owned by or licensed to Outshine Travel. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of our Platforms without our express written consent.

Outshine Travel respects intellectual property rights. We will investigate and take appropriate action as required by law, including removal of infringing material where applicable.

Price Accuracy and Disclaimer

While Outshine Travel strives to ensure that all prices and travel information displayed on our Platforms are accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee accuracy due to reliance on data from third-party providers.

All prices, offers, and availability are subject to change without notice and may vary based on provider, location, or time.

We provide our Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, availability, or reliability of the content on our Platforms.

Bookings with Travel Providers

Outshine Travel facilitates the discovery of travel options but is not responsible for processing or managing bookings. When you select a travel option through our Platforms, you are redirected to the Travel Provider’s site to complete the booking.

Any contract for travel services is directly between you and the Travel Provider. Outshine Travel has no control over, and bears no responsibility for, the terms, fulfillment, or service quality provided by these third parties.

Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Outshine Travel and its affiliates will not be liable for:

• Any inaccuracies or omissions in content or pricing information.

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Platforms or Services.

• Any loss caused by third-party websites or providers linked through our Platforms.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of our Platforms shall not exceed $100 (USD).

Termination

Outshine Travel reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Platforms or Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or harmful activity.

You may also stop using our Platforms at any time by deleting your account or discontinuing use.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California for the resolution of any disputes arising under these Terms.
